A Houston-based franchise, led by franchisor Lien in partnership with Khamnew Thip and his wife Nhi Ngo, brings a fresh take on Vietnamese cuisine. Combining traditional flavors with local influences, their menu features staples like pho, banh mi, and a Vietnamese twist on Hainanese-style chicken and brings the beloved Vietnamese dish “Cơm Gà” to the forefront. This dish features tender poached chicken served over fragrant rice, cooked in rich chicken broth with garlic and ginger.
